Hello.
Recently we have had a few people requesting to create gangs here on the zone bbs. But in light of recent events involving gangs on here, all new gangs must now be approved before they can be created. So it has been agreed that I will become the Zone BBS Gangs Manager. It will be my job to issue gangs with a Zone BBS Gang License. All new gangs will now need to apply for a gang license. If you create your gang without a license, you risk having your gang shut down and in extreme cases, your activity will be reviewed by the staff for a possible banning!
Rules for obtaining a license:
Your gang must not encourage harm or harass other members.
Your gang must not violate the Zone BBS Terms Of Service.
Your gang must not violate any applicable laws.
(Rules may be added/edited/removed so please check these rules regularly)
To apply for a license, please send a pm or email to The Professional with information about your gang such as the gangs title, description and how you feel it will benefit the Zone BBS. Once you've submitted your request, please allow up to 72 hours (though it is usually a lot sooner) for your request to be reviewed. You will then be notified of my decision. If I approve your request, then you'll be asked to submit your payment. The cost of a Zone BBS Gang License is currently 1000000000000 points for 12 months (this price may change so keep watching this topic for updates). Once I have received your payment, I will contact you confirming this and granting you you're license. Payment Plan options are also available; please contact me to discuss these.
If your gang is not approved, then you must wait at least 30 days before submitting another request; do not pester me with messages asking why your gang wasn't approved as I will include the reason for disapproving your request on the notification message.
Please note that I reserve the right to remove a gang license from any or all gangs at any time and for any reason.

The Zone Regeneration X was created before the licensing scheme came in to effect and therefore is not effected. The Zone Degeneration X is still being shut down and faraaz and joseph have been banned from applying for new licenses indefinitely!

No; DX has broken the law so it needs to be shut down for legal reasons which I cannot discuss publicly. The Zone Regeneration X does not violate the law or the TOS so it does not need to be shut down.
